Privacy Policy

Camball Strategies Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website camballstrategies.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit, how we use it, and what choices you have.

1. Information you give us

If you contact us by email (info@camballstrategies.com) or phone, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, email, phone number, company, and the contents of your message. We use this only to reply to your inquiry and, if a project follows, to deliver the work you hired us to do.

2. Information we collect automatically

When you visit the site, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the page — which sections get read, which CTAs get clicked, which pages lead to a contact form. GA4 collects:

Google Analytics does not give us your name, email, or any direct personal identifier. We have IP anonymization enabled, so the last octet of your IP is stripped before storage. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or use your browser's privacy settings to block third-party tracking cookies.

3. Cookies

The site uses a small number of first-party cookies:

4. How we use the information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to run the site (Google Analytics, our email and hosting providers) or as required by law.

5. Data retention

Contact emails and message contents are kept as long as we have an active business relationship with you, plus up to 7 years for tax and legal recordkeeping. GA4 data is retained for 14 months, then automatically deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see the contact section below.

6. Your rights

If you are in Canada, the EU/UK, California, or any other jurisdiction with data-protection laws, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email info@camballstrategies.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Material changes (anything that meaningfully expands what we collect or how we use it) will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days.
